The Longest Mile

Carrying a baby for nine months seems like a stretch but in reality, the first eight months just pass you by quickly. It’s the last month that seems endless. I’m on my 9th month (or 36th week) as of the moment and it just feels like an eternity! Days pass by so terribly slow and I just can’t wait for my water to break or for the labor to start so I can just get it all over with. I guess the nearer you get, the more anxious and excited you feel that every tick of the clock gets extremely frustrating.

My husband and I can barely contain our enthusiasm—we want to meet our little girl already but she just wouldn’t budge. Some mothers are lucky enough to have their bellies pop right after she hits her 9th month, but some (like me) have to wait longer. My OBGYN even said I could be carrying until the 10th month (oh, please no!) so she advised me to walk more and be more active so my tummy drops soon. I’m really hoping to give birth this month, I hope everything goes smoothly!

Linens Say a Lot

My brother in law works in Hotel Xanadu in Manila. He works there the longest so he is like the right hand of its Chinese owner. As per job description, he is in-charge of cleaning the rooms as the guests come and go. He often jokes to us that he is good in bed because he knows bedmaking, a term used pertaining on how the beds should be fixed.

One time, there was a big event that was held there. The local government of Manila rented the biggest hall for their function. Eventhough it was not his area, he helped in the preparation. He did the prettiest ribbon linen design on the chairs that’s why their boss said that he should do all the ribbons. He was so tired but what was fulfilling is that the mayor of Manila praised the design what he did and the nice linens they’ve found them here.

Secrets To Staying In Love

This February, my spouse and I are celebrating our 8th year anniversary. We’ve been together since college years, and I feel so proud of our relationship. If you are wondering how we managed to stay together for nearly a decade, let me give you several secrets. Firstly, I am going to admit that I am a jealous person. When we were in college, I would get angry whenever another person of the opposite gender talks to my spouse.

However, I realized that this is not helping our case, and my spouse would not do anything to hurt me, so I became less jealous. As for the arguments, when one of us is mad, the other just stays silent. It helps us diffuse what would be a ticking bomb early on. The lines of communication are also open between us. We talk about our feelings, things to improve our relationship, and even monetary matters. If there is one secret that we have, that is the secret to staying in love with each other, even after all those years.

Go With What You Love

I could not imagine doing something, other than writing. I like baking too, or participating in something deeply analytical, but at the end of the day, it is back to an empty page and different strung words for me. Writing has always been my passion. When I was in elementary, I wrote poetries, and I was proud of it. However, it never occurred to me that I could make a living out of writing.

My parents always taught me that in order to be successful in life; you need to have a well-paying job in a top company, even if you hate your work. No one ever told me that in order to have success and be happy, you just need to do what you love, and in my case, it is writing. But I am not my parents. Despite what they told me early on, I decided to pave my own way and go with what makes me smile. I don’t know about you, but for me, that is true success.

A Dog Lovers Sweet Haven

I visited one shop that sells nothing but dog needs. It was a paradise for dog lovers. You can see everything you basically need for your paw friend, from leash to doggie treat. One part of the shop is Entirely Pets Pharmacy and then another part is a pet salon that caters to all your pet’s grooming needs.

One lazy weekday I drag my sister who is an absolute dog lover to the place. When she entered the premises you’d think that she saw bundles of money everywhere the way her eyes opened up. Her reaction was priceless. But I sadly regret bringing her there when we spend the entire afternoon literally inside the shop. After there I felt like a whiny and sleepy 3 year old. But I’m still glad that I made her happy somehow.

DIY sushi rolling mat epic fail

My husband wanted to make a California Maki and sushi roll as side dish for our New Year’s eve celebration we’ve already bought all the ingredients and what’s lacking is the rolling mat that’s used to shape the maki. We looked at the kitchen supplies in the grocery but none was found, we also tried looking at the kitchen wares department inside the department store and there’s also none.

It’s really annoying to have all the ingredients bought but the rolling mat wasn’t there, and because of the holiday buzz the traffic was really painful, no one would dare go to another mall and look for the stupid rolling mat. We went home annoyed but I thought of something brilliant; how about making one? So I tried to look for possible materials, there are the barbeque sticks and some needle strings.

I was pretty hyped about the idea and made it immediately, I'm not even halfway of my work when I realized that it’s going to be hard considering the materials I'm using. I hate using the needle strings because it breaks easily and I'm losing my patience but I had to finish it for the California rolls I’ve been craving. I did finish it, and it looks really ugly because the string lines are crooked but it will have to do for awhile.

Design a Ring for Your Mother

Do you want to give a ring to your mother this mother’s day? Well. Even it’s not mother’s day, maybe your mom deserves a gift that will make her feel she’s special. Why don’t you design your own mothers rings to show that you care? I am sure that this will make her feel loved and make her feel that you appreciate the love she gives to you.

When you design a ring for your mother, don’t forget to consider her personal style; in terms of jewelry, women have their own unique preferences. Look at the jewelry she already has and pay attention of the kind of style she likes. It will give you clues as to what she’ll really like and will possibly save you a lot of time thinking or the right design.

When I Want To Be In A Cosplay Show

I love costume plays but it’s such a shame that I have not participated in any of them at all, maybe it wasn’t a thing back then; I mean we never had Halloween parties or any parties at all made costume a thing. Back in the days “cosplays” became a hit only around anime fan and gamers but those things are only held in Manila and not where I am now.

As much as I wanted to dress in a Japanese school uniform, wearing a stocking and dying my hair purple or go all Sailormoon style; it was far from happening.

Time is a bitch because people are doing it now in our city, I mean there a lot of events which they held cosplays every year but I'm afraid I'm too old for that, the most that I see were high school students sporting Naruto costumes and my favorite school girl uniform. I love seeing them but I can’t hide the fact that I wanted to be in that event so much that I was cringing.

A Work Place Just Like Home

Our company will be moving into a new place this week. At first I wasn’t really happy with the move because the new place is a lot farther to my home compared to the old one which is a stone throw away. But who am I to complain I am just an employee.

But my perspective change when I saw my new office a day before yesterday. I saw that I had a wonderful view with floor to ceiling glass window on one side. But the thing that I love the most about the new office is my desk and the hettich drawer slides. Everything about it is convenient and perfect for my daily tasks and routine. I can see myself spending countless hours behind that beautiful desk.

Don’t Turn Back on Yourself

When I was a kid, I was quite a handful to my young parents. I was smart and I knew it. I knew that I had my parents wrapped around my fingers. Since I was the first grandchild, I was basically the first baby of the family and I felt that everybody adored me. That was until I became too much to handle.

Used to having my way, I carried my confident nature all throughout. It reached a point that I had so much belief in myself that instead of adoring me, I would be scolded because of my risky decisions. It became like that until I reached high school. And that was when I learned to hate myself or more like I developed a dual perception of myself. Sometimes I wouldn’t bat an eyelash and go on with what I think is the way I should do things. And then there are times when I’d be crippled by lack of confidence. It became a struggle.

Today, I could say that I’ve been able to recover my old swagger. And I still doubt myself sometimes. But thankfully I have learned to manage that. Now I just don’t want to ever turn my back against myself again.

The Hassle of Wedding Prep

The face of my sister was priceless when I gave her a to do list for my wedding preparation. She said right after I gave the list, “Thank God I love you or else I would have burned this mile long list in front of you.” Fortunately she does love me and can’t wait to have my bedroom so she eventually did agree to do some of the errands I need which includes printing envelopes here and there.

One thing I love about my family is that they don’t really mind if I delegate some of the tasks and errands that need to be completed before the wedding day. Delegating the tasks gives me more time to worry about more important wedding details and some beauty rest on the side.

I Enjoyed Hong Kong’s Airport Express Card

For my trip to Hong Kong, I spent a lot of my time preparing our travel arrangements. I didn’t want to get lost in a foreign place or be an annoying tourist to locals so I sat down and did my research. Luckily, being a “world city,” Hong Kong has invested in different projects which make them tourist- friendly. They even built a train that only passes through five stations and cuts travel time to almost half for each stop. Fittingly, they called the train the “Airport Express.”

To add more value, they’ve introduced a convenience card which allows tourists unlimited rides on the MTR and one free ride on the Airport Express. I thought that was really cool and made the experience of traveling in Hong Kong, more worry- free for tourists. The card was even usable on the light rail and buses operated by the MTR. I found that really helpful since a light rail line ran the route near my friend’s place and I could just hop on the light rail going to the nearest MTR station and then be on my way to getting around Metro Hong Kong.

Down to the Smallest Details

Starting your very own business is not a walk in the park. You need to work extra hard if you want to see your business succeed. Building it takes time and study. You need to look at all the details from the biggest to the smallest detail of your business plan.

I remember when my dad started his print business. He was a busy bee during the first month of the business. He was looking at the print shop software at eoncode.com. He was even out and about checking the spot where the store will be built. He was also busy looking into the resume of applicants who want to work for him. It’s a good thing that he is an obsessive compulsive because he makes sure that every detail is looked into.

Learning to Win is Something Special

Still disappointed from my alma mater’s loss to our arch rivals, I was fixating on the league standings trying to figure out what would be the best position for us to finish the elimination round. I know it’s geeky, but that’s fine by me. We’re the five- time defending champions and I think it would definitely be very sweet if we won a sixth championship. So I was following the games yesterday and found out our arch rivals were playing. Of course I was praying they’d lose. They didn’t.

More than the win, what struck me more was the fact that they seemed to have finally figured out how to win. In our game against them, we were leading as much as nine when they’re veterans started to put the team on their backs. It’s like they suddenly went on kill mode and just buckled down to business. We were fighting for third seed on the standings. The game was tied in the dying minutes and their leader who was struggling all throughout came through with the winning basket. They made stops and they made baskets down the stretch.

In yesterday’s game, they were down by one with a minute to go. The time I refreshed my Twitter feed, the game had gone to overtime. They eventually won by five points. Now they’re at second place. And as a sports fan, though I am from a rival school, I could not help but appreciate the fact that they’ve finally learned how to win. That’s something special.

Something Blue and Something Old

For my father’s 60th birthday I decided to give him something old and something blue. I had a hard time thinking of what to give him. Because what do you actually give someone who basically have everything that ever wanted. So since he is a musician by heart I figured I buy him something he already has but different in every way.

I asked his mother, my grandma if she knows and owns something that can be of use to my father. She gave me a ukulele strap. Its blue and it used to belong to my grandfather, his father. I can’t wait to see his reaction to this special and well thought of gift of mine. Is it March 22 already?

Life After 60

Friends used to crack a joke about my daughter in laws every time I mention it to them. They would always tell me that those girls have a say as to which nursing home I would eventually end up and which for senior housing software to use.

I am just glad that I can be certain that I wont end up in a crappy one because I have treated them almost like my real daughters. Of course I had some bad days where I am not exactly proud of the things I do but still I have done nothing that awful to them. When that day comes that they will send me to a home for the aged I am certain that they will only give me nothing but the best.

A Night I Won’t Forget

Call me crazy or stupid but honestly I really don’t care. It isn’t everyday that someone can take my breath away. My crazy night started when me and my girlfriends went to a club for our regular girl’s night out. It was a perfect evening. Everything was just right.

At the middle of our stay at the said club, the performer changed from a boring girl to a acoustic singing with a standard electric at musicians friend rock hottie. After the show he came up to me and asked my name and if we can hang out a little after his set. I said yes. I left the girls and went out with him. Not something I normally do but this one is an exception to my rule because he stirred something in me that I thought was long gone.

Disaster Is Knocking at the Front Door

2 reasons why I don’t like kids in my bachelor pad. First there are so noisy and second is they can’t sit still. Don’t get me wrong I love playing with kids only when they are outside my place. Because every time a kid is inside my place, I can’t relax and concentrate. Lets just say that I got burned once and have no intention of repeating it again.

I once let a kid roam around the house. She is one adorable little kid, my niece. She was too adorable that she was a regular visitor. Unfortunately, all kids have disasters on their tail. This cute one accidentally bump my rivera amplifier down the 20 steps stairs. Since then no kids allowed inside the house ever.

Kids Nowadays Are So Different

Change is one of the only thing that is constant in this world of ours. The principal of the school where I used to teach during my on the job training thought me so many things. She is the reason why I choose to stay at that university despite the other offer of bigger schools.

She told me that kids nowadays would rather play a Cellular Game Camera than hold a real ball and play with real people. I think that it is absolutely true. Kids before would rather spend their entire day outside with friends. Now most kids would rather stay at home, playing games. What I think is one hindrance of building a great real relationship with real people.

One Thing She will Miss

Meara is already schedule for her back operation on the 26th of April 2014, just a month after her high school graduation. She has a severe case of scoliosis. Her body isn’t really deformed despite the fact that the curvature is already around 60 degrees. The reason behind the operation is because she is having a hard time breathing because of the abnormal curve of her spine.

After the operation according to the doctor, she can’t lie down on foam mattresses. She cant bend down and no strenuous activities for about half a year. But according to her one thing that she will surely miss is to be able to sleep and rest in a soft and comfortable bed of hers.

Where it All Started

I was never really one who cares what I wear underneath my clothes. If its nice and comfortable then I wear it. All of my carefree life was thrown away when I started reading the book Beautiful Bastard series. It opened my eyes into the many things that I have been missing including what an Erotic Lingerie can do to my marriage life.

I have realized the power of wearing really good garments underneath my clothes. The errands that I can make my husband do in exchange to a quick glimpse to what I’m wearing under my shirt. As per my husband, he cant really complain even though the price isn’t that cheap. He likes what he sees so the price isn’t really a problem at all.

Miley Cyrus is really Twerkin’ It

That stunt at the VMAs was really a publicity drive for Miley Cyrus. Within days, her singles became the most downloaded tracks on iTunes and she was the talk of the town for the later weeks. In fact, she still is. Only now it’s no longer just about that stunt at the VMAs.

She recently released a video where she was crying and performing naked. If you asked me, that “Wrecking Ball” video really speaks volume about Milely and the direction she wants her career to take. She simply blows through the stereotype. And this girl simply isn’t done yet. Just yesterday, I found out that she partnered with Wiz Khalifa to produce another song. Actually, that was a rap. It was a tribute to the greatest baller of all time, Michael Jordan. She really seems intent on strutting all that stuff that she’s got and putting it all out for the world to see.

I just hope Liam Hemsworth loves her enough to stick around for the spectacle.

A Once in a Lifetime Chance

Not everyone is given a chance to show the world who they really are. That is why when you got the chance, grab it and don’t let it go. This is what I am always telling my niece who is actually a great singer. But instead of singing because she is so shy, she would rather stay at the back stage taking care of kemper profiling amp rather than be on the stage and be the star.

I remember one afternoon she was singing while taking care of the equipments needed for that night show. One of the many agents who goes to such show heard her sing and approached her immediately. The agent offered her a singing career but unfortunately she was too shy to accept the offer. I told her that kind of offer might not come again.

How True Can An Ouija Board Be?

Board games are only appealing to those who like to play mind games like scrabbles, chess, monopoly and others. But never has it been a top rated game for every teen as of today. Most of the games they are fond to play are an outdoor game that requires a lot of physical interactive. But one thing I know that they possibly like to try on board- the Ouija board.

Some still thought that this game is totally untrue and played by others participants but to others who have communicated with their love ones in the other line, it is a real deal. Experts of contacting should like paranormal team sometimes use this gadget to get in touch with a particular soul. This is played mostly at night when darkness covers the place and only the candle lit serves as light. Young peers try this stuff to seek answer if this board really works for real. I hope they find what they expect to be the answers.

A First Class Music Room

I recently applied as a music teacher in one of the private school near or house. I have been a teacher for more than 5 years already and this is the first time that I would teach music. I love music ever since I was a little girl so I think I wont have a difficult time in teaching music class.

The first thing that I notice when I entered their music room is the first class musical equipment and the classic behringer europort epa40 handheld pa system. It was a bit unusually for me to see such equipments in school. I have seen lots of musical paraphernalia because I grew up with musicians so such things aren’t really new to me.

Going to the Bottom of Educational Trips

My son rushed home and presented me the slip which contained the itinerary for his field trip. I was aghast because I paid too much, and we’re just going museum hopping??? I couldn’t contain my displeasure. I even promised myself that I would make sure to express my discontent to the school authorities.

On the day of the field trip, my son was giddy with excitement. While I was just a passive passenger, my son and his classmates were the opposite. After each museum visit, the children chattered on the bus. “Oh yeah, “ I muttered. I thought that if the school chose better places, the children would have been happier. I really felt cheated, but I kept my silence. However, after talking to a co-parent, it dawned on me that no amount of money could replace that joy my son felt during the field trip. I could take him to the mall, buy him toys, eat in an expensive restaurant; but these would never, ever equal the joy he felt on his field trip.

We parents would oftentimes complain about the unnecessary expenses at school, but before we react, we should first keep in mind that we are not just spending for these things; we are also spending on something that will make our children happy.

Thoughts On Manifesting Faith

A quote that says “Religion is the opium of the masses” is hanged at the corner wall of my church mate’s room and I agree on this. Don’t get us wrong. I am involved with the Church and its activities but I can’t tolerate the lapses of Catholic faith in ways of manifesting it. I notice that people pray or go to church when they have a wish list for anything they need. Although I must admit that when I needed a MIDI Controllers from musicians friend, I ran to the church, literally, to borrow one. Some people just tend to do unnecessary sacrifices to make their prayers/wishes come true.

I believe that faith is based on the goodness and fairness of what we believe in, not as opium to sugar-coat or even forget what is happening.

Almost a Perfect Love Story

I remember my ultimate crush when I was in high school. His name is Vien. We were in the same year level and his classroom was near my room. Every recess time, I see him walk in the corridors and sometimes, I catch him looking at me, too. He is a drummer of a famous band in our school. He even owns a d drums from musicians friend that makes him more popular. I don’t know but I am really attracted to musicians. I find them cool and artistic.

Days passed and we became friends, or maybe more than that. I learned so much about him, not just as a musician but also as a person. He showed me his compositions, invited me to go to their gigs and even introduced me to his parents. Unfortunately, our love story did not prosper. When we were in college we had different priorities in life and decided to go separate ways.

Goodbye, My Dear friend, Goodbye

A good sound system makes a simple gathering a superb. This is what we experienced in my best friend’s despedida party. She is about to leave the country two weeks from now. Her company sent her to their mother company’s main office located in Canada. It was a plain gathering. I coordinated all our high school friends and some of her colleagues. It was a short-noticed event but many came. We had a little program where we say our short speeches. The b212xl speaker really did a good job in making our voices clear and loud. I think it added up in making this event a heartfelt one.

Tears fell down and seem not to end that night. A mixture of joy and fear. I will really miss her. I really wish her well.

Good Music, Fun Reunion

I remember last Christmas season, my relatives in my mother's side had a reunion. We are almost complete except for those who resides in faraway provinces. Our family celebrations would not be complete without a videoke machine. It is my family's way of bonding. The moment the videoke machine was turned on, we hurriedly grabbed the videoke book where the lists of songs and its corresponding numbers are written. My cousin memorized the song code for his favorite Maroon 5 song, She Will Be Loved, so he sung the first song. We keep on adjusting the settings so we will be all set.

When I had my turn, I sung "How Deep is Your Love" by Beegees. I love the song because of its slow and romantic tone. I just have an average singing voice but I really felt like a diva. It is a good thing we have a shure sm58 Mic. The singing went on and on until dawn. It's really a day to remember!

The mind of 1 year old

My cousin’s daughter was having a birthday party a couple of weeks ago. She was distracted by many people who came and surrounding her. I don’t know what is in her mind at the time, but sometime I see her look scared. I guess, she doesn’t like to be the center of attention. She just looks uncomfortable. Since, she can’t speak yet, she only frown and make some noises.

Poor her. I wish I can understand what she want. It is a pain to see any baby crying because he or she got sick. The baby can’t talk and we as adults have to guess what’s wrong with the baby. Thankfully, my cousin’s daughter is only sick for once during this one year. And I saw her get sick. She stays quiet and moody all the time. She just wants to get hugged. She doesn’t say a lot but I know that she is tired during the day.

Finding The Right Fit

I just recently acquired a schecter diamond series guitar. It was everything I could wish for in a guitar. It has great looks and sound. Since I have an extra guitar case in my apartment, I thought that I could use it for the Schecter. At first it seemed to be great, but after a while, I realized that it did not have a good fit.

Whenever I brought my guitar somewhere, it would jiggle inside, and I was afraid that it could get scratched or worse. After saving for 2 weeks, I was finally able to get the guitar case specifically made for the diamond series. It fit like a glove and using it, the awful jiggle I heard disappeared. I should have done this the first time.

Seeking for the Perfect Words

Love is a temporary insanity that erupts like an earthquake and then subsides. And when it moderates, you have to make a decision. You have to work out whether your roots have become so entwined together that it is inconceivable that you should ever part. Because this is what love is. Love is not breathlessness, it is not excitement, and it is not the promulgation of promises of eternal passion. That is just being "in love" which any of us can convince ourselves we are.

Love itself is what is left over when being in love has burned away, and this is both an art and a fortunate accident. Your mother and I had it, we had roots that grew towards each other underground, and when the entire pretty blossom had fallen from our branches we found that we were one tree and not two.

New Dog Finds Her Place

My dad brought a new dog in our home last New Year. Her name was Candice and she is a Chihuahua. Candice is very cute and adorable, but she was not always silent and well-behaved like other dogs. In fact, when she first arrived, she kept on barking, barking, and barking to no end. We tried to ignore it because it was New Year, but as days progressed she got worse.

We could not sleep because of her, and she was getting on our nerves. We had to find a bark collar so she would stop all the yapping. After a couple of hours, she finally did. We all had a nice sleep that night. Soon, Candice finally settled and found her place in our family.

Getting Mad at You Won’t Make Me Pretty

Finally, I have come to an end to hate her. My envious and insecure attitude surrenders and realized that firing up a strong tension towards her won’t make me any good at all. Just let things be.

I started to get annoyed to this person since I heard her name over and over again- with positive attributes. I could not accept the fact that she has the face everyone believes in that she is attractive. It might be the hatred in me that is why I could not see it. Insecure, I am: Jealous, possible. As I think maturely about the situation I’m dealing with, I end up to the point that I will gain nothing if my feelings for her never stop. I decided to swallow every pride I have and learned to let go of the issue. I will live my life with free spirit. Instead of giving others an attention, I would rather make my time productive and worthwhile.

Saved By The Charger

My family and I have been planning to visit Singapore for the longest time. We were finally able to visit several months ago, and I can say that we had a blast. Several weeks before the trip, we organized everything that we needed, from the passport, clothing that we had to wear, and even the camera we had to bring. After all, we needed pictures or it didn’t happen as they always say.

The problem was our camera charger mysteriously disappeared. We did not know where we placed it, and days of looking for it proved to be futile. We knew that we had to buy another nikon d80 battery charger, or all is lost. Our new one arrived several days before our trip, and we were able to record everything in pictures.

A Gem To Impress

My best friend Jason wanted to impress this girl in their school. He first tried giving her flowers, but soon discovered that the girl is allergic to them, so he got the flowers back. Next, he tried baking lasagna for her. I tasted it and it was good, but the problem was the girl is vegetarian and did not eat meat, even lasagna.

Jason was really feeling depressed because he could not impress the girl, and it seemed that everything he did backfired. As last resort, he bought gemstone rings from Reeds.com and gave it to the girl. She liked it! Apparently the said girl was addicted to any kind of jewelry. That was several months ago, and they are dating exclusively now.

Playing DOTA is Not Bad All

When I’m just hearing things about the computer game DOTA, my initial notion for this game is brutal, and money- wasted game, wrecking students’ education and non-sense. I ate all my words. I did truly not know what this game all about was.

I had an argument with a DOTA player and he then explained me that it was not just a killing-your-opponent game. This was meant to play with logic and analytically skills. I was shocked when he convinced me that this game needs a thorough mind in able to win the battle. He also included that there has been an international competition going for DOTA players. I was taught to play a game, I did understand how the game was played but cannot apply it during the actual game. I now belonged to the group of people who defends the players of the Defense of the Ancients. It was quite an addictive game, but it has no fault if the students flunk at their school, it is the students fault and is blamed because they can't control their self in playing computer games.

Don’t lose your way with your performances

My cousin Albert has always been a perfectionist in terms of musical instruments and a simple guitar just won’t cut it, it needs to be the best guitar he can feel in his hands, with the best accords, a great sound, very loud, very profound, something you won’t find in any place.

Indeed, he was able to find it, and it was a seydel solist pro 12, which was curious, because he loved guitars, but yet he loved this solist, which has nothing to do with it. Now that he found this new love with a completely different instrument he could tell that music isn’t just trends and noise, a solist requests an incredible skill to play.

A Girl Unfamiliar to Chocolate

It is quite fun to hear my friend's story about not knowing how a chocolate taste. Yes, she never even tasted one. I kept on thinking how could she not eat even a bit of sweet luxurious delight everybody used to love?

Then I found out, she was allergic to the chocolate content. She never dared to taste it, afraid of what could her body's reaction would be. She, until now never knew how a chocolate taste. If she only knew how this sweet stuff brings so much joy to the children face whenever they have a chocolate bar, I bet she’ll find one and eat it mouthful. I am confused about what to feel for her. Should there be a place to pity her or should I be amaze for having her incapacity of taking Choco foods. This was not like a sacrifice for her cause she knew what her body will be dealing with if she ever crosses the line and bend the rules. I definitely cannot do what she can. I won’t give up my chocolate fever, even if it will cause me sick.

A plentiful of handbags, regardless of your personal choice

My mother one of these days in one of her regular hobbies, on looking for something out of common found this website on handbags, I found it very peculiar indeed, there where handbags for everything, in several colors, like pink, yellow, red, orange and with the most unusual drawings, like animals, landscapes, more than handbags they’ve amazed me because it looked like masterpieces, not like handbags.

If you’re one of those people that value your aesthetics in everything you do in your life, even with a simple handbag, this is the solution for you, the arts are crazy and you won't lose functionality, such a great surprise with something so simple as a common handbag.

My Niece Love for Her Supportive Auntie

Ever since my Julien came in our life, the family's attention was centered to her. Being the very first granddaughter and first niece, she has all in her cute cuddly way.

I admit that I sometimes tolerate her in her actions. I give what I know she'll love most, I'll do whatever she asks to, and even help her sneak some foods her mother prohibits her to take to. I just love her so much that is why I acted that way. At the age of 23, I cannot have a Julien of my own. It is required to find someone first to be the father of my children. As of the present time, Julien is now a three year old talkative kid. I get a hug from her every time we see each other. I want her to be her best-friend and have a stronger bond connection through the times.

Boast your sound really loud and clear

My brother Joe always had that think for the drums, maybe an influence of Joey Jordison with a lot of pedaling, but that also has costs, this wears down the drum and creates the necessity to have the best quality possible, something my brother was able to find with remo renaissance timpani heads.

These drums really released such a warm sound with a large scale projection over the garage, the consistency was off the charts and the tonality was everything he could asked for, I’ve never seen him so happy to create such a profound sound, it was indeed the best investment he could make, no more lousy drums that wear down easily.

The essence and style of an unusual guitar

I always had the passion for the unusual; the out of the regular standards and that applies also to music, regular guitars never satisfied me 100%, I always needed something extra, the performance, the sound, the vibrations and why not the energy transmitted by something that makes the crowd think “wow, what’s that?”.

This was only able to be provided by a Dean Bass, it’s not your regular guitar, you need to have good control over it, but once you’ve mastered it, it will give you the performance of your life, the acoustic from it is off the charts, don’t miss this opportunity to play a masterpiece, indeed it is very worth it.

A reliable brand to make musicians reliable

My friend John always wanted a brand that would be reliable in terms of music materials, and we found that with the brand akai, it supplied him with everything he needed, since tuned keyboards, electric materials like amps, even electric guitars and the best of all, at a very very accessible price.

Now you might be thinking that nice prices may be a sign of bad quality but in fact that’s not the case, it’s a very reliable brand with high quality materials, you won’t be disappointed, trust my friend John, he was also a skeptic, but now after some years of using these materials he doesn’t trade them for any other brands.

Need to secure your instrument? Look no further

My sister Casey always had problems with her music, not in terms of quality, she’s a terrific artist, but she plays a very unusual instrument, the tuba, let us say that is not the most popular, but as an instrument there are some special measures to take, especially in keeping it safe, but there’s a problem, the typical tuba case is very expensive.

I had to figure something out and fortunately I was able to find these very affordable tuba cases, now Casey thanks me and is able to protect her instrument, if your are thinking that affordable is synonym of low quality think again, these cases are durable and very resistant.

A dream finally accomplished after so many years

I’ve always had a huge dream in my youth days, which was playing the electric guitar, unfortunately I was never able to accomplish it because my folks never allowed me to have such a noisy instrument in the house, so I had to play a regular guitar, which is not good enough for a rock lover like me.

After some years I finally had all the conditions to realize my dream so I decided to follow an advice of a friend of mine and invested in a hohner 455 echo celeste tremolo harmonica key of c at guitar center

Get the best possible vises to assist in your work

My friend Steven and I work with wood and metal and one thing that we always need to get the best security possible with the electrical devices is a good support given by the vises, especially for milling or grinding. A bad vise might be cause for injuries and hazards, so always keep in mind that a good vise must give a good grip on the machines.

We found this with reidsupply, they indeed give the best quality possible in the market, the machines won’t get loose and gives us all the security we need with machines with a high difficulty level of handling, we couldn’t be more happy than we are now.

Very Easy way to tune the guitar strings

Since my childhood, I was very fond instrumental music, and I only got a chance to learn guitar when I was in my mid 30s. In the initial days I had faced problems tuning the strings and at times I used to struggle to tune the strings correctly. One of my musician friends suggested me to use a snark and he mentioned that I would be able tune any string without giving much stress to my ears.

Soon I got one, and I found it to be really useful. Firstly, I really like the small cute display with a digital equalizer of red bars moving from left to right when I pluck the string correctly, a blue bar appears on the screen which means the string is accurately tuned. I find it quite useful since I live amid a noisy neighbourhood and it is particularly very useful since it senses the vibration of the instrument and tunes up accurately in just a couple of minutes. I find it very nice and useful gadget for me and it can tune any instrument, which has strings on it like guitar or cello.

Tea Is More Potent Than Coffee

I thought tea drinkers were missing out on a lot because of the movies. Whenever they want to calm people down they give them tea not coffee. Such false promotion should be scrapped out, tea even chamomile sends my heart rate up.

Maybe because I was not really a tea drinker, but tea just keeps me awake and hyper. Some leaves even burns up a couple of calories making it a healthier alternative to coffee. But then personally coffee curbs my appetite. I used it to keep me from overeating and sadly yes I used it to eat nothing at all. Which is not recommended.

I do love my coffee in the mornings of course. I still prefer it over tea anytime. The bitter and the sweet is far better choice than the bland and the sweet. I just hope I can still have coffee at 50, because mornings just won’t be as perfect.

My Mom and Her Fetish

My mother is the most organized person that I have ever known in my entire life. She hates dirt, doesn’t like wrinkles on her sheets and clothes. There are moments when its cute and al but there are also instances when her being a super neat freak can drive you up the wall. So one way to keep her mind off her OCD is to indulge in her passions, which varies every week.

Her passion changes from time to time. The winning trait of every woman, our ever changing mind. Now she is into crinkle taffeta table linens. Nothing that my sisters and I cant handle as of the moment. One perks of her “passion” is that our house never has a dull room.

A Mother And Son Project

My youngest son Red belongs in a band. Ever since his dad taught him how to play the guitar when he was small, he has been hooked and never looked back. Last year, Red told me that he wanted an esp ltd sunburst. According to him, it was one of his dream guitars, and he would do anything to get it.

It was out of my price range, so both of us made a deal. He would have to get a job, save for half of the guitar, and in turn, I would pay the rest. Before New Year, he finally completed the money and gave it to me. In turn, I contributed to what was left off and bought the guitar for him.

I am Dreaming of a Shopping Spree

Everybody loves shopping! Well, most people I know, at least. If I have lots of money to spend on shopping alone, I will not have second thoughts and raid one mall to another and grab the best deals that I could ever find.

I would definitely start with shoes. I love wedges, flats, and flip-flops. After buying footwear, I will get some jeans. Of course, I will also need jewelries and bags. I love handbags and body bags. However, I will probably spend the longest time on bookstores. I love reading books that are made into movies. I collect these books and I plan to keep them so my son, as well as next generations can read the great books that I have saved.

Of course, I will also buy stuff for my loved ones. It is best if they would come with me so they can choose for themselves.

Great Solo Mobile Interface

Business has been a huge part in our family. It had been 20 years since my parents started our businesses which are all about instrument and musical accessories. It grew largely that we’ve already had 4 branches in one city. All of the instruments that we sell attract the buyers as it has this magnificent features and specification.

The other day, we had this huge sale on our shop about the product m-audio firewire solo at musicians friend; it was really a blast to all the buyers. People who are really engaged in music can barely love and relate to use this one without any hesitations. It has several features though it’s just a small piece of a musical accessory.

Love the magnifying sound

When I was just a kid, music had been a huge part of my life. I can say that because both of my parents are singers. They indulged themselves in singing and my dad who loves to play his guitar had catched my attention when I was a child before. As dad’s favorite daughter, he teaches me how to play a guitar and when it has been my masterpiece. I‘ve got a new idea in changing some new stuffs in the instruments that I played. All along with my mom we went to buy a ukulele at musicians friend, I think this would be a new stuff for me to be played. It can be a bit easy and catchier to play. So, I’m going to love this one for a long time!
